As an outerwear designer, my opinion of this boys ski jacket is that it's an excellent value! It's just loaded with all the features, quality materials and sewing, and perfect fit. There is just a ton of bells and whistles on this jacket that rivals - or surpasses - the high-end brands.Amazing features for this price range: 5 (5!!) zipper pockets with corded rubber pulls, 2 interior pockets, rounded-edge velcro cuff tabs and stretch thumb-hole inner cuffs, waterproof fabrics, 3m reflective trimmed removable hood and a rubberized powder skirt. Always a good idea to choose cold weather products designed in Canada! This is a very well designed jacket for cold weather.As good or better than more expensive ski brands - and stood the test with my 12 year old on the mountain this week skiing in temps as low as 2F (Upstate NY). My only complaint was that the sleeve pocket was not big enough to hold the ski pass (size of a credit card) - but since there were 4 other pockets, this was no problem. Kid was warm and dry all day!
