Although the tool broke and we had to look up a hack to get the springs in place, I would highly recommend this trampoline. (Besides the broken tool fiasco, it was easily put together!) My 3 and 1.5 year old boys love it. It is set up in our basement and a perfect size. I love that it's low to the ground so my boys can get in and out safely. It seems very sturdy and I'm hoping it lasts a long time!I’m 5 months pregnant and this trampoline took me 23 min to put together. Easy to follow instructions except the very top bars make sure they all click in. Our 4yr old is extremely happy and won’t stop jumping in it. Absolutely perfect and would recommend to anyone. Great steel design makes it so safe and has added safety features which is great for a young child.The trampoline itself seems to be a great sturdy product, but the zipper on the safety net failed the very first time it was zipped during assembly. I was able to fix it a couple of times but it completely failed after about the 3rd or 4th time zipping it.UPDATE: I originally gave the trampoline a 3 star rating because of the broken zipper, but have updated it to 4 stars after emailing the company. They quickly replaced the net with a redesigned opening and so far it seems to be much better.Trampoline was easy to assemble. Safety net zipper broke within 30 days, I contacted the manufacturer and spoke to Mandy and she assured me that a new net would be shipped out. I Receive the new net within a week. Can’t beat that for customer service. I would definitely recommend this trampoline, my granddaughter loves it.I did a lot of research before buying. I needed a smaller, sturdy, trampoline that can be kept outside. This one was easy to assemble and is perfect for our space and needs.It definitely takes man strength to put the springs on the trampoline frame and mat. It's a two person job! Good quality, love how the mat covers the springs for safety. I received my package with two defected parts: 1. Zipper on the net was damaged and it was too small. 2. One T-Connector did not have a hole for the net pole to click into (safety issue). Contacted the merchant via Amazon and gave them an opportunity to make my order right. Cicely-Merchant helped me with my request from start to finish. Merchant made my order right.This is great for my toddler to get her energy out and play while outdoors ! Only little issue I had with this is the assembly. The instructions say 2 people but I am a single mother who doesn't have "extra hands" at the moment, so It can definitely be done with one person the only thing I will suggest is when you attach the springs to the trampoline pad to attach to the bars get a hammer to slightly secure them in the hole. It was a little difficult for me to get that done by myself but with patience and that hammer lol it can be done. Overall, it was a great purchase !!My kids just loving it everyday, iam very satisfied with its fabric and the size is awesome for a small apartment.Only one thing that needs to be addressed is the zipper is difficult to zip it all the way up.
